There is no minimum order quantity. We accept orders for a single custom piece right up to bulk orders of 1000+ units. However, larger orders benefit from significant price discounts — typically 10–25% off for orders of 10+ pieces.

Standard planters and FRP panels are ready in 7–14 business days. Custom sculptures with complex detailing take 21–45 days. Prefabricated structures typically take 30–60 days depending on size. We offer express manufacturing for urgent requirements at a premium.

Absolutely. We provide physical material and finish samples for free. For custom products, we create a sample unit first (with advance payment), which you approve before full production begins. 3D digital renderings are always provided free of charge.

Yes. We have installation crews available in 18 states across India. Installation is quoted separately based on location and product complexity. Our team handles structural mounting, anchoring, sealing, and finishing touch-ups on-site.

All our FRP products carry a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects and material failure. Outdoor finishes are warranted for 3 years against UV fading and weathering. Prefab structures carry an extended 10-year structural warranty.

We offer 50+ finish options including: metallic gold/silver/bronze, antique effects, marble, granite, wood-grain, high-gloss lacquer, matte powder coat, hand-painted artisan, and custom RAL color matching. Finishes can be mixed across a single product for premium effects.

We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cheques. Our standard payment structure is 40% advance at order confirmation, 30% at manufacturing completion, and 30% before dispatch. For large orders above ₹10 Lakh, we offer flexible milestone-based payment schedules.
